  • 500 ml water kefir
  • 20 g ginger
  • 10 g collagen
  • 1 tsp raw honey


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz for 20 seconds
  • Pour and enjoy!

I am a huge fan of water kefir as it is such a versatile allrounder. It is probiotic, dairy-free, and vegan, loaded with gut friendly bacteria and used as an alternative to milk kefir. 


Ginger has a whole host of health benefits and has been used for thousands of years for the treatment of numerous ailments, most commonly colds and nausea. It contains high levels of antioxidants and reduces inflammation and is quite the pocket rocket to have in your culinary arsenal. 

Collagen Powder

Boost skin elasticity, hydration, and dermal collagen density. 


Honey is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial agent.
