Golden Oats

This warming breakfast is full of happy body ingredients to ensure you start your day off in the right way.

Ingredients:

  • One cup of sprouted porridge oats
  • Half tsp of turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Half tsp of nutmeg
  • Two cups of mylk of choice
  • Tsp of almond butter
  • Tsp of sprouted flaxseed
  • Sprinkling of sunflower seeds

Additional extras:

  • A handful of blueberries or one tsp of arctic blueberry powder
  • Half tsp of green tea
  • Acai powder
  • One heaped tsp of pea protein powder
